Oconee Gymnastics Center's team is by invitation only and requires a one year commitment. Selection to these levels means a serious commitment to gymnastics, for the athletes as well as their family. First and foremost, we feel gymnastics should be fun! Team gymnastics is more demanding than the average recreational class, but the overall experience should be positive while being competitive.

Non-OGC gymnasts are welcome to speak with the owner or team director anytime for team placements. Simply email us or click on the "schedule" link below.

Oconee Gymnastics offers the USAG “TOPS” program to gifted athletes who train in our competitive program Level 4-10. Each year we test the physical, emotional, and mental development of our  athletes to make sure that we are providing the challenges and opportunities that they are ready for. In addition to their team practices, these athletes practice two other days to increase their strength and flexibility. Between June and August the gymnasts test physical abilities to qualify for the USA Gymnastics Diamond National Team (7-8 year olds) or a chance to test at the USA Gymnastics National Team Training Center for the opportunity to make the TOP National Team.
